Lead anyway. Your obedience to God's design is not conditioned on your wife's initial response. The manual addresses the transition period, it's not a switch you flip overnight.
Is headship just about making decisions?
No, and if that's what you've been told, that's part of why you're here. The manual covers the full scope, spiritual covering, sacrificial love, discipline, and direction. Decision-making is one tool, not the definition.
I've been passive for years. Is it too late to change this?
