Guide selection and both Substack upgrades are handled manually through support; there is no automatic token balance. Unused monthly selections do not roll over. The Vault is excluded. Cancel anytime; membership access ends at the close of your billing cycle. If your original offer promised Substack access within 24 hours and it is still missing, contact support with your receipt. Existing members can open their library and manage billing at deadhidden.org/library.
