That’s what Gumroad’s support desk wrote me last night. It read like a bot. I had asked for one human being to look at my store.
Just one.
Almost two years of books sold through their platform. Every one of their fees paid.
That was the answer.
You pour your time, your heart, and your soul into something you believe in. Then a company holds your money, collects its fees, and decides when you get to see it.
I’m done handing my work to a company that hides behind a rule.
