Most mornings, as soon as I open my eyes, I face about a thousand thoughts, if not more.
Then a verse like this shows up in my morning reading.
Hebrews 11:13 says, “These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.”
I realized that they each went to the grave still waiting on the land they trusted. They saw it far off and still grabbed it with both hands. Their own mouths confessed they were strangers and pilgrims on this dirt.
I’ve already told you about the battles we faced this week, and, to be honest with you, it seems, as the old preacher said, you are either in a storm, coming out of one, or fixing to go into one.
It’s been my dream since I started this publication to share Bible truth and help those who read it. To create guides that actually help people and, in turn, help the work of God.
We finished our missions conference last night, and it challenged me to look at my own Christian walk. Am I leaving in the funk more than I am living in His presence?
This boils down to a few things, and I will speak of them later. But one of them is giving. I learned this week that certain platforms don’t work for Christian creators or ministries, and that's too bad. It really is. So I decided to do something about that. All our stuff is now on deadhidden.org
This morning I opened a second giveaway vault at my own store: Earth Is Not My Home, The Pilgrim Vault. Five complete books in seven print-ready files, none of them in the first Donor Library: Christian Soldier’s Battle Notes, Jesus in Every Book with The Paper Bible Reading Plan, The Map of the Dead, The Counterfeit Kingdom, and The Strong Delusion.
Pay what you want — eight dollars at the floor — at https://deadhidden.org/pilgrim-vault until Sunday, October 25 at 11:59 PM Central.
Print the files on paper.
