How do I choose my monthly guide?
One Guide Token means one eligible guide for each paid billing month. Reply to your welcome email or contact support with the guide title and your purchase email. Support checks the paid month and your previous selections before arranging delivery. This is handled manually; there is no automatic token balance in your account. Unused monthly selections do not roll over.
Why is the Vault excluded?
The Vault is a separate collection. Your monthly Pro selection covers one single paid guide, not the Vault collection.
How do I get the paid Substack access?
Support grants complimentary paid access to both publications manually. Use your purchase email when requesting access, and tell support if your Substack email is different. If your original offer promised access within 24 hours and it is still missing, contact support with your receipt.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel through your verified billing account or ask support for help. Future renewals stop, and included publication access ends at the close of your paid billing cycle. Your unused guide selection for that paid month remains available until the cycle ends.
Can I upgrade to the Vault later?
The Vault is a separate one-time collection purchase. Review its current contents before buying. If you already own a guide or collection, open your library first.
